On October 17, 2011 at 2:41 PM, the La Mesa Police responded to a radio call of a possible home being broken into in the 9800 block of Lakeview Dr., La Mesa.  The initial report was called in by the resident who saw the suspect enter his home through the front door, which had been broken by the suspect and then immediately leave on foot.  The suspect was described as a Hispanic Male Adult in his late 30’s to 40’s, wearing a plain grey t-shirt and faded jeans. The male was described as having thinning hair and tall. There was no loss and no injuries during the attempted burglary.

A search of the area by LMPD Officers was negative for the suspect and the suspect is still outstanding.
